SB 536 prohibits the state from funding Real ID implementation until privacy guidelines are met and sufficient federal funding is secured. (Passed Legislature, 5/15/09)


SB 424 (as amended) prohibits the state from complying with the Real ID Act without federal funds, guarantees of data security and privacy safeguards. (Passed Senate, 5/15/07; Dead)

HJM 11 urges congress to provide funding, guarantees of data security and privacy safeguards. (Passed House, 5/15/07; Dead)
