Legislation
SCR 31, opposing creation of a national identity card and the implementation of the Real ID Act of 2005. (Adopted 4/25/07)
January 24, 2007 Hawaii introduced SCR29, a measure supporting the repeal of the Real ID Act of 2005.
Also introduced, was SCR28, a measure supporting the passage of United States Senate Bill 4117 to repeal Title II of the Real ID Act of 2005.
